- Not VC-dependent. Revenue-funded as long as possible; capital accepted only when capex requires it.

- Not a general-purpose tech company. Every product serves life support, augmentation, cognition, coordination, or honest human-scale work.
- Not disaster-only theater. If it only sounds heroic in a press release and does nothing for a real Tuesday, it does not ship.

Vektra Industries is not a single product line. It is a harness — AI, software, robotics, and communications composed so humanity can survive the worst day and compound strength on every other day.
