We build to carry and support the work of others as well as our own. Each program below is in research: design intent, not a product, and not for sale.
Vektra AI
Command of many machines.
In research. ILO extended so one person can stay in command of a fleet of robots and craft, from any maker. Meant to approve, hold, or stop any of them.
Vektra Software
Mission coordination.
In research. Tasking, tracking, and hand-off across many people and machines at once, built to keep working offline.
Vektra Robotics
Heavy-lift transport.
In research. Aircraft meant to carry heavy loads where there is no road or runway: shelter, equipment, and machines for disaster response. Later, cargo to orbit and other worlds.
Evacuation craft.
In research. Autonomous craft meant to go to people, carry them to safety, and bring them to a larger vessel.
Robot fleet delivery.
In research. A way to carry large numbers of rescue robots, from Vektra and from other makers, to where they are needed.

Resilient mesh.
In research. Links between people, machines, and craft that keep working when the network does not.
How we build.
Four non-negotiables. Mission and safety outrank short-term theater.
Keep humans strong.
Nothing ships that makes the operator dumber, slower, or more dependent on the machine.
Synergy, not replacement.
The human becomes more capable because the machine is there, not in spite of it.
Presence where humans cannot reach.
Physical reach before rescuers arrive. Persistent digital presence before the founder has bandwidth.
Built for brutal reality.
Vacuum, fire, and blackouts. Also fatigue, bad data, and overload on a normal Tuesday.
What Vektra refuses to become.
Not VC-dependent.
Revenue-funded as long as possible. Capital only when capex requires it.
Not a surveillance company.
Trust is a decision filter. Products built to oppress disqualify themselves.
Not a general-purpose tech company.
Every product serves life support, augmentation, cognition, coordination, or honest human-scale work.
Not disaster-only theater.
If it does nothing for a real Tuesday, it does not ship.

Vektra Industries is led by Pablo Navarro, engineer and security researcher. The company is founder-led and founder-accountable. The planning horizon is decades, not quarters.
