Radios are the skeleton of a military. Vektra Communications is the skeleton of the entire life-support stack. Disasters destroy comms before they destroy anything else, and space operations depend entirely on comms surviving conditions Earth networks were never built for.
A secure internal comms stack is already operating — it is what coordinates Vektra itself. A public offering ships when the infrastructure is production-hardened, not before.
